Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and committed colleagues, providing care to patients with a wide range of conditions. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting ward staff in their day-to-day work and development, providing information, training, and support to promote effective patient care and discharge from the ward area, and contributing to the monitoring and auditing of the standards of care in the ward area.

Person Specification

We are looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to their professional development. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will need to have current NMC RN Level One or be due to qualify following completion of a University degree, evidence of ongoing development and education, and rehabilitation skills, working with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals, and the ability to demonstrate potential for management and leadership.
