Job Title: Branded Content Producer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Branded Content Producer to join our team at Global Radio Services. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content for our Smooth Radio brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and increases awareness of Smooth Radio and Global Player.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Managing Editor to create and produce social media and website content that meets the brand's tone and style.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is always relevant and engaging.
  • Work closely with the Digital Managing Editor to plan and execute content campaigns that drive results.
  • Produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including editing and optimizing for each platform.
  • Write and publish website articles, including features, news stories, and SEO pieces.
  • Contribute to the digital output of Smooth Country, including articles and social content.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Managing Editor to knowledge-share and contribute to a coherent content schedule that drives social engagement and increases Global Player users.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media and creating engaging, optimized content for different platforms.
  • High proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Skilled in writing captivating and engaging social copy.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands and campaigns, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
  • Experience of working in social or digital for a publisher or broadcaster.
