As the Senior Programme Manager, you will lead a strategic initiative designed to nurture young talent through innovative programmes and partnerships. Your proactive leadership and strong project management skills are essential for delivering this programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, mentorship coordination, and event planning. They should be comfortable using modern technology and digital tools, such as Zoom and Eventbrite, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

This role requires international travel to various regions, where you will co-deliver programming and engagement activities with key stakeholders. You should be flexible with work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and private health insurance.
