Senior Residential Childcare Manager Position

We are looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Manager to lead our Children's Homes team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring staffing levels, resources, and training, participating in care planning, conducting quality checks, and visiting each home regularly.

To be eligible for this role, you should have experience in Residential Children's Social Care, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent is required, along with a track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings, full UK driving license, and enhanced DBS clearance.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is available, along with benefits including 35 days of annual leave, increased pension contributions, health & wellness program, company car, laptop, and mobile phone for work use.
