Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care to the children at all times, ensuring their safety, health, and wellbeing.
- Safely transport children to and from school, activities, play dates, and appointments.
- Plan and prepare healthy snacks for school and home.
School and Educational Support:
- Assist with homework and school projects to ensure academic progress.
- Organize and facilitate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Manage all school-related needs, including uniforms, shoes, costumes, and supplies.
- Ensure children are prepared and punctual for school each day.
Activity Planning and Additional Duties:
- Organize play dates and extracurricular activities to encourage socialization and skills development.
- Plan and coordinate age-appropriate recreational outings and activities.
- Select and purchase birthday gifts and other special occasion items.
- Organize and prepare for children's parties and special events.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the children's areas.
- Be pet-friendly and assist with the care of family pets as needed.
- Accompany children and family while traveling.
Rota Responsibilities:
- Create a weekly schedule of all school and extracurricular activities and remind both parents of attendance requirements.
- Maintain a consistent and professional working relationship with the father's rota nanny, conducting weekly handovers for ongoing tasks and the physical handover of any shared items.
Requirements:
- Proven nanny experience of 5 years or more.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- UK/EU passport.
- Pet-friendly attitude.
- Ability to commit to a Monday-to-Monday 24-hour on-call schedule.
