Maintenance Technician

• Commission new machinery and equipment to ensure seamless production.
• Oversee and monitor vinyl record manufacturing machines to optimize efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collect process data and work with software and hardware teams to implement on-the-fly fixes and improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers to integrate new technologies and processes.
• Assist software teams in testing and integrating new control software updates.
• Monitor and manage production system capacity to meet demand and optimize efficiency.

• Technical: Minimum NVQ / City and Guilds Level 3 / Full apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline or relevant engineering or related technical degree.
• Experience in assembling complex mechanical assemblies and operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and procedures to improve output.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Electrical fault-finding knowledge.
• Understanding of lean practices and implementing them.
• Ability to contribute to designing and implementing improvements.
