Job Description

We are working with a leading shopfitting business in Warwickshire who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from tender to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project tender interviews and produce project protocol documentation
  • Arrange and chair internal project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are briefed on project details
  • Arrange and chair subcontractor and client meetings to ensure effective communication and project progress
  • Assess subcontractor packages and negotiate to achieve the best possible commercial and programme packages
  • Develop project programmes from tender to fully functioning project programmes
  • Identify and maximize cost changes throughout the contract
  • Lead a project team throughout the contract to ensure successful project delivery
  • Sourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projects and a site team for relevant projects
  • Production of O&M manuals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
