The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Site Foreman to join our growing team in the Sevenoaks & Tunbridge wells area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for landscaping, and the ability to manage projects and teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team of landscapers.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hard landscaping and site management.
  • Possess a solid understanding of garden construction, with the ability to read off-scale drawings and manage all aspects of hard landscaping.
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a great team player.
  • Be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary (£50,000-£60,000 per annum) based on experience, plus benefits.
  • Full time, Permanent position.
  • Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday.
  • Overtime opportunities on Saturdays at time and a half.
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
  • Company pension scheme.
