Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable law firm in Chelmsford as a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.

The role will involve:

  • Handling registered and unregistered conveyancing matters
  • Working on freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
  • Assisting with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
