Primary School Teaching Assistant with SEN Experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team in a Reception class based centrally in the Walsall area. This is a long-term position that requires a Level 3 qualification and experience working with students who have complex SEND needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the teacher to provide tailored support for individual students, covering lessons when possible and assisting with daily tasks. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and be part of a supportive school community.

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working with children in a primary setting, commit to full-time hours of 08:30-15:30 from Monday to Friday, and possess a minimum of a Level 3 qualification. Additionally, you should have extensive experience working with students who have additional needs and be able to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
