Premises Maintenance Specialist

Empowering Learning Teesside is seeking a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our primary school in Stockton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building, supervising a team of premises and cleaning staff, and dealing with administrative matters relating to the management of the building and staff.
The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring that our school community receives exceptional support and service.
