Key Responsibilities

  • Drive significant cultural change to adopt new process-driven ways of working, leveraging strong relationship-building skills.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation to support process improvement efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformation.
  • Proficient in using BPM tools, specifically Signavio, process mapping tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
