The Role

We are seeking a talented Junior UX Designer to join our design team. As a UX Design Professional, you will play a key role in creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for our fans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • User Research
    • Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Design Development
    • Developing user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
  • Design Review and Feedback
    • Participating in design reviews and contributing to brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date
    • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
  • Accessibility and Quality
    • Ensuring all designs adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Supporting the design team in maintaining consistency and quality across all projects.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
