Job Title: Automotive Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and patient individual to join our automotive team as an Automotive Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive trade and be able to share their knowledge and skills with students.

About the Role:
  • Prepare workspaces and facilitate practical activities for students.
  • Maintain vehicles and diagnose faults.
  • Order tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support lessons by guiding students and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Limited teaching involvement.
Requirements:
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.
  • Patient, supportive, and approachable when interacting with students.
  • Confident in using relevant tools and machinery.
  • Able to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
  • Flexible and willing to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Knowledgeable about cars and the automotive industry.
