Job Title: Registered Nurse - Care Home - Newcastle upon Tyne

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our beautiful 60-bedded residential and nursing service in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents with dementia and palliative care needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a member of our team, you will work alongside a dedicated team of carers, nurses, and support staff to provide personalized care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents with dementia and palliative care needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Experience in elderly care (Venepuncture, PEGs, suctioning, syringe drivers)
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
