We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Sutton Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities to promote the development of children in our care. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
