Role Overview

As a Team Leader at Voyage Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision's and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager.

Key Responsibilities

Allocating shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels

Booking training and inducting new colleagues

Conducting supervision's and appraisals to support the development of colleagues

Developing and updating care plans to meet the needs of individuals

Ordering medication and ensuring it is administered correctly

Supporting individuals to manage their finances and day-to-day needs

Requirements

We are looking for a Team Leader with previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. You will also need experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours. You will be passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
