We are seeking a skilled Route Delivery Expert to join our team at beBee Professionals in Basingstoke, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service and adherence to delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, minimizing delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to regular maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliveries.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing excellent service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
