We are seeking an experienced Domestic Insulation Technician to join our team at Octopus Energy ECO. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality insulation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install cavity wall insulation and loft insulation in domestic properties, ensuring all technical specifications are met and safety checks are performed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after installation, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience installing cavity wall insulation, with a focus on loft insulation.
  • The ability to deliver excellent face-to-face customer service.
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to consistently deliver the highest standard of customer service.
  • A full clean driving license is essential for this role.

Salary: £32,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
