Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and events strategy for a luxury venue in Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales and events strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and engage new market segments for growth and revenue generation
  • Meet with key clients to maintain and nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with luxury brands to enhance market presence and drive awareness
  • Proactively reach out to new potential clients and assist with delivery of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer relationship management and a creative strategic thinker
  • Experience working with high-profile brands and clients
