About the Role:
In this senior position, you will oversee the development and enhancement of our platform, working closely with the product team to build new features and improve existing functionality. Your extensive experience in Ruby On Rails and client-side JavaScript frameworks will be essential in this role, as well as your ability to manage and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Oversee the development and deployment of new features and enhancements, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize our platform's performance and scalability.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Ruby On Rails and client-side JavaScript frameworks, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies, including Stimulus JS, ES6, and CSS3.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GraphQL APIs, ElasticSearch, Kafka, or other streaming/queuing solutions.
