About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our Property and Accounts team at our head office in Shirebrook, Notts. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in processing accounting entries for all our subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
• Maintain global property databases.
• Analyse prepayments and accruals against a budget.
• Identify potential errors and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
• Support multiple departments across the business.
• Work with external consultants on system implementation and improvements.
• Process monthly costs for all properties as part of a team of 7.

Requirements

• Minimum 1/2 year's experience in a related finance role.
• Working towards or ambitions of completing ACCA/CIMA (study support provided).
• Hard working and willingness to learn is essential.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence with formulas.
• Organised and determined to succeed.
