Vaccination Program Coordinator

European LifeCare Group is a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programs across Denmark, the UK, and the Netherlands.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Immunization Service Administrator. This role will be responsible for promoting, delivering, and facilitating the BCG program directed by management as part of the School-Aged Immunisation Service, assisting nurses in clinics or offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, delivery, and evaluation of infant BCG immunisation programs.
  • Promote and facilitate collaborative working between teams and families in the delivery of immunisation programs.
  • E nsure requirements for storing and transporting immunisations and procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to sites are met.
  • Maintain databases to ensure records are kept up-to-date and data is reported to GPs according to BCG Coordinators' instructions.
  • Act as first point of contact for administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for maintaining cold chain, ordering, and arranging transport of vaccinations to sites.
  • Constructively contribute to team meetings.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position.
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level education or equivalent with minimum grade 'C' in both English and Maths.
  • Experience working in community settings (schools) and/or working with children and young people desirable.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload without supervision.
  • Assertive, team player, and critical thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to drive desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
