Avionics and Mechanical Specialist

Morson Talent is looking for an experienced Avionics and Mechanical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionic and mechanical systems on aircraft.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in avionic and mechanical systems, with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionic and mechanical systems on aircraft
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Follow technical manuals and engineering specifications for accurate repairs
- Document all maintenance and repair work
- Work in hangars, workshops, and on aircraft maintenance platforms
- Relevant certification or diploma in Avionics Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance or related field
- FAA or EASA certification
- Experience with specific aircraft models
