Job Title: Data Engineer


Location: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in the office


Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)


We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves designing and implementing data pipelines and data stores, ensuring data quality. As a dynamic team member, you will work on cutting-edge data engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement data pipelines and data stores to acquire and prepare data, following senior data engineers' designs.
  • Apply data engineering standards and tools to create and maintain pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks and implement remediation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with senior data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Required Qualifications:



  • Must hold SC clearance.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering standards and tools.
  • Familiarity with routine data quality checks and remediation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role is based in London, with the flexibility of working 2 to 3 days in the office. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with a possibility of extension depending on project needs.
