Role Description: As a Pastoral Care Director, you will be responsible for promoting student well-being and academic success. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves developing and implementing strategies to promote student well-being and academic success. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Pastoral in maintaining a safe and supportive boarding environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who can provide leadership and support to our students. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in pastoral care or a related field.Strong leadership and management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of statutory duty of care obligations for students living in college accommodation.
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
