Machine Operative Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Machine Operative to join our client's team in Mansfield. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential for permanent employment.

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Company Overview

Our client is a dynamic company specializing in the print/mail arena, focusing on meeting clients' ever-changing demands. Their main workload is transactional print/mail with tight turnaround times that they pride themselves on meeting.

Machine Operative Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operation of various finishing equipment
  • Manually input letters into envelopes
  • Operate and maintain specified machines to the expected standards
  • Complete consumables stock takes for the machines as required
  • Maintain machinery to required standards of housekeeping
  • Ensure product quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines
  • Adhere to all process standards
Requirements
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • PC literacy is preferable
  • A willingness to learn new skills and be flexible
  • An ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
