About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our STARS team as a Front of House Ambassador in Witham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' people, property, and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner
  • Create access passes and manage fire alarm activations
  • Deliver a consistently high-end customer-focused experience and embody a high-performance approach
  • Internal patrols of the building and manage deliveries
  • Assist in emergency situations and provide timely and accurate information
  • Administrative duties, switchboard, and mail management
  • Activate Barrier Control for Identified Services/Visitors and respond appropriately to varying and fast-changing priorities
  • Monitor CCTV and build strong rapport with reoccurring customers
  • Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity, and culture of both
Essential Skills
  • Highest quality personal appearance and flexible, professional approach
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and oral communication skills and customer-oriented with a passion for high-level service
  • Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office and polite, proactive, and genuinely helpful
  • Punctual and trustworthy, able to use initiative and highly adaptable
  • Experienced in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting, or Customer-facing role and demonstrate the values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness
  • 5-year checkable history and exceptional customer service skills, computer literate
