Sales Advisor

Winemark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in East Belfast. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and other retail products.
- Assist with sales, security, and stock control, ensuring that the store is well-organized and merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the store is safe and secure at all times, adhering to company regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
