  • Lead the design process for projects, including research, concept development, and design implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments and consumer preferences.
  • Work with the design team to develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain design assets, including color palettes, typography, and imagery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design materials.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Art and Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in the automotive or industrial design industry.
