Product Strategist for Secure Access Solutions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Strategist to join our team at ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, leading the development and implementation of credentialing strategies for physical access control systems (PACS).
This role requires an understanding of SEOS, MIFARE, DESFire, FIDO2, CSA-Aliro, Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) standards, Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials, and risk-based strategies for secure access.
As a Product Strategist, you will oversee the development and execution of our holistic credentials strategy for both physical and digital identities, driving innovation and differentiation for our products by understanding customer and market problems, competitive positioning, and technology trends.
You will deliver clear and actionable product requirements and roadmaps that address market problems for which customers are willing to pay to get solved, maintain alignment with the lean portfolio canvas, lean budgets, and guardrails, and define product development priorities with engineering and program management using HID approved processes and tools, aligning with business priorities.
Furthermore, you will drive outcomes, institute a results-oriented mindset, develop and implement metrics that evaluate effectiveness of the product line, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and product development efforts to drive revenue growth, and develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in product management across multiple customer types, technologies, and product development methodologies, knowledge of the physical access control industry, experience with agile development and lean innovation practices, and training in SAFe such as Implementing SAFe and / or SAFe POPM.
