We are looking for a Butchery Contractor to assist with primal cuts in our approach to meat processing.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with legs, loins, and shoulders of the animal.
As part of this role, you will work closely with our team to produce high-quality products for shops, restaurants, and hospitals.
The pay rate for employed contractors is GBP 18.40 per hour.
Self-employed individuals with a valid UTR number can earn up to GBP 22.00 per hour.
A skills test will be conducted on-site to assess your suitability for the position.
Overtime is available after 40 hours at 1.5 times the basic salary.
A weekly production bonus ranging from GBP 60 to GBP 120 is offered, dependent on attendance and performance.
