We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Family Law team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our partners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our partners, including preparing correspondence, documents, and filing.
- Manage the diary of our partners, arranging meetings and appointments as necessary.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange for copying to be done.
- Provide support to other secretaries as required, and attend clients in person and on the telephone.
Requirements:
- High degree of self-management and initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
