Membership and Fundraising Coordinator

The Tank Museum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership and Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, leveraging our international online audiences to support the charitable objectives of the museum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage membership schemes, including Friends, Patreon, and YouTube Membership, to drive retention and recruitment.
  • Identify and pursue corporate sponsorship opportunities for online activity and manage existing key strategic partnerships.
  • Manage fundraising projects, such as vehicle conservation and restoration, ensuring targets are met and supporters are engaged.
  • Identify opportunities for small-scale fundraising projects and establish administration to support existing fundraising activity.
  • Run e-bay auctions, raffles, and other fundraising events to support museum objectives.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic membership professional or fundraiser with a creative approach.
  • Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and managing membership schemes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
