Forklift Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Gloucester and Cheltenham region. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for attending forklift breakdowns and routine appointments to carry out electrical fault diagnosis, service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of Forktrucks/Forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend forklift breakdowns and routine appointments to carry out electrical fault diagnosis, service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of Forktrucks/Forklifts.
  • Ensure that quality and health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Manage a mixture of pre-arranged appointments at customer sites and ad-hoc customer breakdowns.
  • Ideally hold a Vehicle Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering qualification, or have a time-served mechanical background.
  • A full UK driving license is required as this role is fully field-based.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £(phone number removed) per annum pending experience.
  • Monday to Friday overtime is frequently available and paid additionally at time and a half. Saturday (first 4 hours at time and a half), Sunday and Bank Holiday overtime is paid at double time.
