Job Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at AtkinsRéalis, you will play a vital role in every aspect of electrical engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes.
  • Preparing briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Succesfully managing time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Adhering to quality assurance standards in design.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Electrical Engineer status.
  • Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations, and systems within industrial/process environments.
  • Familiarity with current UK design standards, including industry-specific standards and working practices.
