Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Principal Designer to join our team in Liverpool.

As a Principal Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations on diverse construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors on health and safety considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct detailed design risk assessments, eliminating or reducing hazards at the earliest stages.
  • Prepare and maintain project health and safety documentation, including health and safety files.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • APS Membership
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Principal Designer role
  • A design qualification is desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $52,000 - $62,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Travel and mileage expenses covered
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
