Your Role

As an Empathetic Care Partner, you will provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You will work closely with our team to understand the needs of the individuals we support and help them engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Help the individuals we support to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend or night shifts.

Location

Parklands is a quiet, relaxed home close to the bustling centre of Newport, where residents enjoy taking part in how the home is run, while also enjoying managing their own personal spaces both independently and with support.

Salary

£12.15 - £12.45 per hour.
