About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Food Technologist to join our team in Fife, Scotland.

This role offers a great opportunity to work with a leading company, providing technical support to suppliers and customers.

As a Graduate Food Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks, maintaining quality systems, and performing sensory evaluations.

You will also assist with shelf-life testing, develop and maintain food safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.

In addition, you will provide on-line technical support, document production trials, and stay updated on food technology trends and ingredient innovations.

Key tasks include liaising with customers on specifications, preparing technical documentation, and assisting with product development from concept to launch.

Requirements:
  1. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related discipline is essential.
  2. A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is also required.
Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £24,000 and £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
