Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's growing team in Burton-on-Trent. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry and will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial dilapidation works projects.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing delivery of projects across the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff as required
- Prior experience as a project manager in the construction industry
- Full UK Driver's License
- Within commuting distance of Burton-on-Trent
- Seeking a permanent position
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 50k - 60k (DOE - guide only)
