Our Mission

We are passionate about the work we do and need dedicated professionals to join our team. As a children's sessional counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic intervention and psychoeducation to children and young people in schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your caseload and conduct assessments
  • Attend meetings and maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and interventions
  • Consult with pastoral teams in schools, parents/care givers, and statutory organisations

Requirements

  • Dedicated, caring, and compassionate counsellor
  • Qualified children's counsellor with at least 100 hours experience of counselling children and 100 hours counselling adults
  • Registered member of a professional body
  • Fully insured and a member of a relevant professional body
  • DBS or part of the update service
