We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team in London.

As a Mechanical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems in commercial buildings across the city.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on various mechanical systems, including cooling towers, chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, boilers, and water treatment systems.

You will work closely with our top FM service providers to maintain and service mechanical plant rooms, monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), and complete scheduled, planned, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Apart from maintaining mechanical systems, you will also be responsible for responding to reactive tasks on site, logging completed jobs on company logbooks, and following health and safety protocols.

Additionally, you will liaise with building managers and subcontractors, participate in annual building shutdowns, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 to £48,000 per annum, plus benefits such as funded training courses, 23 days annual leave, and life insurance.
