Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our retail network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible training experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to brand and industry standards, ensuring delegates receive comprehensive knowledge and skills.

• Collaborate with our training team to develop and update training content, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

• Maintain a safe and organized training environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Utilize our Learning Management System to monitor and improve the quality of our training provision.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• A technical background, such as a motorcycle or motor vehicle technician, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in an automotive environment.

• Willingness to travel with notice, with occasional overnight stays.

• Experience in delivering training and a recognized training qualification are highly desirable.

• High level of organizational skills, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering high-quality delegate-focused training.

• A recognized industry qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, is essential.

• Electric Vehicle (EV) qualification preferred, although training can be provided to the right candidate.
