Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educators and students. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional assistance.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
- Help manage classroom activities, materials, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and encourage student participation and engagement during lessons.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of students by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address individual student needs.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
