Our client roster includes top sporting brands and rights holders such as FIFA, Ferrari Formula One Team, DHL Express, The Football Association, England Football Learning, European Games, NBA, Qatar Airways, EPCR (Heineken and Challenge Cup), Celsius, Majesticks, The Ryder Cup, Arsenal, VGW, UBS and Wembley Stadium.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Sport Marketing Executive to join our Client Service team. As an Account Executive, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the agency teams, supporting the smooth delivery of daily account tasks and helping foster strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the organisation of key account documents, including status sheets and meeting agendas. This position requires a proactive approach to account responsibilities, spotting opportunities to add value through small, everyday wins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships
  • Managing multiple projects with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Proactive and agile, able to respond to change and adjust quickly

You will handle day-to-day activities for clients, which include organising meetings, preparing timing plans, estimates, and client contact reports. You will also monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and communicating any potential adjustments to ensure the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
