VickerStock is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their team in Craigavon. As a QA Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process. This includes verifying product date codes, packaging, weights, and quality of products produced, as well as monitoring and verifying factory CCP's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily compliance of all Food Safety and GMP Practices to BRC and customer Standards
  • Verify product date codes, packaging, weights, and quality of products produced
  • Monitor and verify factory CCP's
  • Support production in an advisory capacity regarding allergen control and carry out verification swabs to release production lines

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Food Safety Principles/Good Manufacturing Practises
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good verbal & written communications
  • Reliable and strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the business

Desirable Criteria:

  • Degree or equivalent in a technical, food related or science-based discipline
  • 1 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Level 2 Food Safety
  • Level 2 HACCP Internal Auditor Training
