Job Title: Water Infrastructure Planning Manager

The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Planning Manager to join our Integrated Delivery Team. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of water infrastructure across AMP8 projects, creating and integrating project schedules to ensure seamless delivery across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £110,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development. You will work closely with cross-functional experts to streamline project performance and impact, ensuring that our projects align with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality schedules in line with project scope and programme outcomes, overseeing schedule change management, critical path analysis, and the integration of multiple large-scale projects, as well as providing insightful schedule reporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls.

You will need extensive experience in schedule management for large-scale civil engineering projects, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong critical path tracing and analytical skills. A proactive, strategic mindset and excellent communication skills are also essential to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively. Additionally, you should have experience of establishing Work Breakdown Structures, QSRA, and scheduling/reporting within NEC contract framework.
