Job Title: Mechanical Fitter - CNC Machine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the disassembly, refurbishment, and rebuilding of large format CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of CNC machines
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with machine components
  • Rebuild and refurbish CNC machines according to engineering specifications
  • Perform testing and quality checks on reassembled machines
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to ensure project completion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable
