Help Desk Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst. As a key member of our Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to staff and service users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and lead training sessions for internal teams on Microsoft and Entra technologies.
• Manage Internet Service Providers and inter-site connections, maintaining the stability and security of our network.
• Oversee the roll-out of new applications, testing and evaluating their effectiveness.

Requirements: A strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. A full UK driving licence is also required due to frequent travel.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on experience.
