About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join our dynamic team at Career Legal. As a key member of our Private Equity M&A team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on complex M&A transactions.

Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough legal research and analysis, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and assisting in due diligence investigations and risk assessments.
